I believe you. One other thing that may also be contradicting about you, Tyear, is that you're accent may take away from your intelligence for some. But, once you get going you can make anyone take notice of the intelligence you do possess. You're a remarkably gorgoues woman as well and have such a light in your smile. Keep on delivering on what matters.

Ooohhhhh.....Tricky! Good stuff ;) Well, I can see your points for they are well made. This is a very complicated topic indeed. Things would all be better if people just communicated more with one another. I've had this conversation with many of my friends before and they have told me different scenarios. Either, they were young and selfish.....Or just scared to end such a long term relationship......Or were falling out of love, period. I guess every situation is different, but one thing for sure.....Something was lacking, usually it's insecurities. That new person seems to make everything appear better.

This was very deep. I think everyone has their own perceptions of love. What is publicized, however, is the very examples you’ve noted. Therefore, many feel obligated to comply because that’s what it’s suppose to be. Hearing all this, people tend to feel like this is the way is must be, otherwise it is not in fact love. I guess what it all boils down to is doing what makes you feel happy. Being true to your heart is the most honest approach, I think. =)

I am too familiar with this issue as I am a victim of two officers looking to meet their quota for the night. About a week back I made the mistake of walking through subway cars to get to a car that was best for my destination. After being told to get off the train (without explanation from the two officers), I was then presented a fine of 75 dollars. This is without a warning beforehand. My final gift was assurance that if it were to happen again, I would be arrested.

To make things "even" for forcing me off of my train, the two kind officers waited with me for the next train. God bless the NYPD and their efforts to make NYC a safer place.
